Susan Reynolds' social work practice includes serving as the Orange County HDSA Chapter social worker, and facilitating several HDSA support groups in CA. She worked as a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) at the University of Washington Medical Center HDSA Center of Excellence for 7 ½ years. She facilitates a monthly general zoom support group for WA HDSA. Her experience also includes having worked in skilled nursing facilities, home health and hospice, coordinating continuing education events at UWMC and presenting continuing education for HDSA San Diego, and having presented at National HDSA conventions.
Her social work practice includes assisting individuals and families on locating community resources, networking with other HDSA social workers, providing education on grief and loss, advance directives and long term care planning. She is in the process of preparing to obtain her CA licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). In addition, she holds an LICSW in WA State.
