With a $5 donation, you can purchase a heart to help spread awareness for Huntington's Disease throughout our community and raise funds that support the thousands of Orange County families who are impacted by HD. Whether you know someone who is impacted by Huntington's Disease or just want to show support simply write your name or a special message in the space provided in your heart.

Step 2: Click the link in your confirmation email to download your heart
Step 3: Open the file (which will be a .png), print it, and write your message OR use an editing software (paint, canva, adobe editor)
Step 4: Save the file and send it to orangecounty@hdsavolunteer.org
Step 5: Check out our hearts page and Chapter Instagram (@hdsa.orangecounty) to see your heart get posted.
